Fall Lookbook
There is a slight chill in the air, which means it is almost time for fall! I am someone who loves summer, but there is something about the fall that will always hold a special place in my heart. I am so excited for the leaves to change and all the fun festivities that come with the season. To prepare you all for the activities ahead, I have put together a fall lookbook to help you feel and look fabulous in the coming months!
As someone who went from a hot climate to a cold climate, I love that I actually get to wear cozy clothes during the fall! There is nothing like putting on your favorite pair of jeans and a cozy cardigan to tackle your errands for the day. I can see myself wearing this exact outfit as I go out to get a pumpkin spice latte and some fun fall decorations from the store!
While my normal wardrobe is full of bright and vibrant colors, I totally lean into neutral colors that match the vibe of the season. When I put together this look, I fell in LOVE with it right away. I feel like mock turtlenecks are going to be a huge trend this fall, and this brown color is so rich that it will look great on anyone. Plus, these white loafers have already been a staple in my closet and are perfect for all fall outfits!
No fall lookbook is complete without a gorgeous maroon dress. I saw this amazing dress on Target's website, and I knew it was the one that was going to make it into the blog post. Paired with a white undershirt and black booties, this is a great look for the pumpkin patch or any other fall activities you have planned, where you want to look dressed up!
Hear me out. I was skeptical of wearing a vest during chillier months, but let me tell you, my vests have become a staple in my closet during the end of the year. Not only do looks like this one keep you warm and cozy, you also look SUPER cute while wearing it! This is the perfect fall outfit to run errands and get yourself a little sweet treat from your local market!
One of my major obsessions last year was finding adorable sweaters with cute little graphics on them. And let's just say, nothing has changed. When I saw this blue sweater with the dog on it, I knew I had to make an entire outfit dedicated to it. One of my favorite details is the little bow he has around his neck, so to match the red color, I found these perfect red flats that bring the look to a whole new level.
One of the best parts about the fall is wearing dresses without having to worry about layering tights on underneath. I love how deep the navy of this sweater dress is, and when it's paired with these amazing brown riding boots, you literally have the perfect outfit to channel your inner fall girl. My favorite part of this look is the amazing satchel bag I found from Kate Spade that can be your purse for the entire season!
Just because it's the fall season doesn't mean you can't wear pink! This is probably the most "me" look in this entire lookbook, which is why everything here is already in my cart! From the hair bow to the earrings to the adorable UGGS, I will most likely be living in this outfit during chilly days where I want to be cute and comfortable!
Last year, I made a video where I spent a Day in the Life as Rory Gilmore, and if I were to make another one this year, this is the exact outfit I would wear. From the blue sweater to the amazing skirt, this look makes me feel like I can hear the Gilmore Girls theme song playing everywhere I go. Plus, I got these boots last year, and they are not only amazing quality but also come at a great price, too!
If there is a fall staple you need in your closet, it is a plaid dress. An outfit like this one is super versatile and is great for when you have events during the day and night. This is definitely for those warmer fall days, but you could totally swap out the black shirt for a long-sleeve one if it's colder where you live. That's why this look is so amazing! It will last you throughout the entire season!
To complete the lookbook, I put together one of the most essential fall outfits you could possibly think of. You can NEVER go wrong with a white sweater, a plaid skirt, and your favorite pair of boots. Once again, this is a look that is perfect for a day full of errands or a fun night out with your friends.
